will do in the UK.

John
Hunter I am the Sales Director of a small specialist computer
hardware
company near Royston (Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border) and I live
near
Milton Keynes. I have recently returned from France where I
worked
for Thomson-CSF.
I learnt to fly on Cubs
in 1991 and now have 300 odd hours mostly on tailwheel types. I
started
and ran a DR221 group in Bristol in 1991 and then in 1992 moved on to a
start a new group (Tripacer) based at Oaksey Park Farm. I flew
DR221s
and 172s from a club (St Cyr) in France, where shared ownership is
rare,
before returning to the UK. I now fly at Turweston while I look
for
a group to join or find a group of like minded people to buy an
aeroplane.
I would prefer to fly from anywhere between where I live and where I
work.
Phil John Management Consultant lives in Bury, until recently exiled in Los Angeles but now home again. PPL, IMC, Night, Multi. 230 hours in C172 and various Pipers (incl Lance and Seneca) from Sibson and in LA. Martin Kendall I live in Royston and work as a freelance Computer Database Specialist. I started my flying with the Air Training Corps and flew Chipmunks. I spent some time flying Gliders out of Duxford and Gransden Lodge before completing my PPL out of Hinto-In-The-Hedges and Wellesbourne. Currently, I am a part time AFI at the Mid-Anglia School of Flying, operating out of Cambridge Airport. I hold a BCPL/IMC/NT and at the time of writing, have just over 450 hours. I fly the C150, Pa28, Piper Cub and TB20 and still try to get more time to fly a Seneca to complete the twin rating. I also own a share in a Grumman AA5b, operating out of Top Farm (this aircraft is indeed for sale now...)
Andrew
Komosa My
info is rather unusual, because although I've been blind for 17 years,
I am a government prosecution solicitor and I own a Piper Cherokee 140,
which my partner Debbie Plumb has learnt to fly [that's
dedication].
She started learning in October 2002, but because of the typical
British
winter, travelled to Tradewinds flight school, Florida, in June, flew
80
hrs and now has her FAA PPLA, with a total of 110 hrs on her logbook.
I am the keen flyer
however,
my father being a Mosquito pilot in 307 Squadron during WW II. My
PA28 reg is G-ATOO and although elderly, has been completely rebuilt by
Blackpool Air Centre over the last couple of years. Debbie and I live
in
Surrey, "Sneezy" [G-ATOO get it?], being based at Biggin Hill.
While Debbie's a keen
horsewoman,
I'm a keen flyer and call myself a "qualified passenger" considering I
sat in all but 10 hrs of her total logbook time, and I would like to
fly
with other local pilot's in their aircraft... although Sneezy isn't
available
for hire however. I am also "looking" into buying a Rotorway Exec
162F helicopter and would welcome a chance to talk about such kit
helicopters.
I believe the Rotorway importers are based in Cambridgeshire... hence
my
stumbling across this website.

Simon Lummis. I fly from Conington - 300 Hours on 152 and PA28's PPL/IMC/Night but still get lost. Currently fly the Arrow. Deepak Masson. I am relatively recent flyer. I obtained my wings in October 2002, my night and IMC ratings early this year and I am currently training for my Twin Rating at Southend. I am based at Thurrock (in Essex) and own/operate an Archer II. At Thurrock, a group of flyers have recently formed a group 'The Flying Monkeys'.....we have a website www.theflyingmonkey.co.uk which details our recent flyouts with routes, photos, useful GA downloads, links, etc. We are always planning flyouts - every weekend (weather permitting) and looking for places to go. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who might like to join our flyouts - or if enough of you are interested, maybe form another 'wing' of the Flying Monkeys and publish your flyouts online. General SP is pick somewhere, plan it, go, take lots of snaps, get something to eat & drink, fly back and then down the pub (for de-brief obviously). With the weather deteriorating we will spend more time planning for next year.
Mike Nairn PPL(A) with 250 hours. IMC (Lapsed) currently flying Piper Tri-Pacer from Priory Farm and occasionally as crew in John Dunnett's AN2. Day job is still as PC plodding the beat....(It pays for the flying) Main interests still lie with Taildraggers and touring.
